Tender lamb on a bed of creamy mash and Mediterranean Vegetables, finished with a rich mint and rosemary gravy.

A square of crispy belly pork on a bed of apple mash served with rich local cider gravy and garnished with vegetable shavings.

A French classic with Devon ingredients; we have replaced the white wine with locally brewed cider - a taste sensation.

Shell on mussels poached in local cider and cream served in the saucepan with hot French bread also available as single main course.
